Guest Information
- Check-in: from 14:00

- Guests must provide their address details when booking.
- Guests must provide a phone number when booking.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18
- Maximum age: no age limit
30+ Night Stays
- Nishan Hotel accepts reservations for stays longer than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 90 nights.
Children Policies
- Children of any age are allowed.
- Children up to and including 5 years old can stay for free.
Extra Bed & Cot Options
- Children up to and including 11 years old: JOD 10.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
- Guests 12 years old and over: JOD 15.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
- Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

Online payment will be activated after the website is connected to the hotel's live booking and payment systems.
Booking Policy
- Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation or written confirmation from the hotel.
- Rates are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) on a Bed & Breakfast basis unless stated otherwise.
- A valid photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Guests can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel during the 3 days before arrival.
- No-shows will be charged the cost of the first night.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Bank or card-network processing times may extend the total refund time.
- Non-refundable rates, taxes already remitted to authorities, and fees for services already rendered are not refundable.
Delivery Policy
- Nishan Hotel provides accommodation services. No physical goods are shipped.
- The service is delivered on-site at Nishan Hotel upon check-in during the reserved dates.
Targeted Markets
- Nishan Hotel welcomes reservations from Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Canada, United States, and Australia.
- The final list of accepted issuing countries for online card payments will be confirmed with our payment provider.
General Policies
- Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Alcohol is not allowed.
- Proof of marriage may be required from Arab / Muslim nationals.
- Pets are not allowed.
